  • 1.   TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE
  • The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions of use and sale:
  • 1.1   "us", "we", "our" or "Bathrooms to Impress" refers to "Impressive Designs Ltd" trading as "Bathrooms to Impress".
  • 1.2   "items", "order items", "goods" or "products" refers to the physical products that we make available for sale on our website and in our stores.
  • 1.3   "third parties" refers to any individual or organisation that has no direct connection with a contract between you and us but who might be affected by it.
  • 1.4   "site" or "website" refers to ("bathroomstoimpress.co.uk").
  • 1.5   "other online channels" refers to external online platforms we use to sell our products including but not limited to google, amazon or facebook.
  • 1.6   "you", "customer", "buyer", "account holder" refers to anyone who uses and or places an order for purchase on our website.
  • 1.7   "terms and conditions" refers to "Terms and conditions of use and sale".
  • 2.   INTRODUCTION
  • 2.1   When using and or placing an order for purchase on our website, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, privacy and cookie policies. If you do not agree to these terms and policies, you may not use this website or place an order.
  • 2.2   We reserve the right to occasionally modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates as being acceptable.

Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
  • 2.9   Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
  • 2.10   By using this website and other online channels, you agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this website.
  • 3.   PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION
  • 3.1   Prices and availability of products on our website and other online channels are subject to change without notice.
  • 3.2   Every effort is made to ensure all images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website and other online channels are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the prooducts. All specifications given to the customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. We always try to ensure all product descriptions are correct, but advise customers to seek technical advice from qualified sources prior to ordering products and any work to be carried out.
  • 3.3   We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
  • 3.4   This in no way restricts or limits your ability to return the goods in line with our returns policy
  • 3.5   We accept no responsibility for matching exact products including batch numbers when customers purchase particular product(s) in separate orders.
  • 4.   ORDERING
  • 4.1   Before placing your order please ensure that you have read and meet our terms and conditions and are satisfied with them.
  • 4.2   Orders are only accepted within the UK.
  • 4.3   Once we receive an order from you, we will send an automated confirmation to the email address provided on the order confirming we have received your order. A contract of sale for us to supply the products you have ordered will become constituted and exist only once your order status changes to "ready for dispatch" subject to these terms and conditions. You should retain this confirmation email for your records.
  • 4.4   We always endeavour to meet the requirements of your order, there may be circumstances following order confirmation where we are unable to dispatch goods due to unavailability (of which we were not aware at the time of confirmation of the order). If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and if requested will refund the money to any card used for payment or credit your customer account if applicable and your preferred refund. If the payment process has not begun at that time, the money for such products will not be taken out of your account or from your card.
  • 4.4   We reserve the right to cancel any order if we determine information provided to us by a customer during the ordering process is false or misleading. False or misleading information provided by a customer can be typically but not limited to personal, billing or shipping address information.
  • 5.   PRICES & PAYMENT
  • 5.1   All prices advertised are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.
  • 5.2   We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price of goods stated on the website and other online channels from time to time to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices or an increase in any taxes or duties.
  • 5.3   The price of all products is shown on the order page when you place your order. Payment for products is required before any products are dispatched. Where payment has not been received (including a rejected payment card by issuer), we are under no obligation to dispatch any ordered products to you.
  • 5.4   If we discover a pricing error for the products you've ordered, we'll contact you to inform you of this error and give you the option of continuing to purchase the goods at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details provided during the order process, we will treat your order as cancelled and notify you by email. If the pricing error is obvious and could have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we are not bound, liable or responsible to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price in this circumstance.
  • 5.5   We accept order payments from all major credit and debit cards through Stripe Inc. You can also use your Paypal or Klarna accounts.
  • 5.6   All payments are securely processed through our industry recognised payment partners.
  • 6.   DELIVERY
  • 6.1   We deliver nationwide across the UK including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Deliveries are subject to stock availability and time you order is placed. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and where reasonably possible.
  • 6.2   You can check if your address is covered by our network by adding your address to our delivery checker on your shopping cart page.
  • 6.3   Once we have accepted your order you will receive a text message to the phone number you must provide on your order form. You will then begin process to select an available delivery date that suits you best.
  • 6.4   We aim to provide a suitable delivery vehicle and access recognition to safely deliver your order. In order to do so, customers may be asked to advise us on the following if applicable:
  • 6.4a   Do the roads leading to your property have any weight or height limitations?
  • 6.4b   Would a vehicle the size of a fire engine have difficulty accessing the roads leading to your property?
  • 6.4c   Are there any low bridges or overhanging trees or cables?
  • 6.4d   Is there a time restriction for waiting outside your property?
  • 6.4e   Are there any problems with a kerbside only delivery? For more information regarding a kerbside delivery* (read below)
  • 6.5   You will receive a call on the number you have provided) on the day prior to delivery. Our driver will also make a pre-delivery call to you (on the number you have provided) on the day of delivery.
  • 6.6   Deliveries will be made with one driver, or via an authorised carrier where appropriate.
  • 6.7   Deliveries may require your assistance with offloading of products, depending on the weight of the items delivered. At the point of delivering products we will aim to place them in a safe and accessible location.
  • 6.8   Deliveries require a signature as acceptance of the accuracy and quality of the products delivered.
  • 6.9   At the time of delivery, you must check all products for any sign of packaging or product damage and check the number of products delivered against the delivery note. You should report any damaged or missing products within 7 days of delivery to us. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damaged or missing products under delivery which are not reported within this time.
  • 6.10   We reserve the right to use third party delivery companies to deliver products. They may not deliver inside an address property and will deliver only to nearest and safest kerbside.
  • 6.11   We make every effort possible to deliver products within any guide time we may provide to you or within regulation 30 days. While we make every effort to deliver products as per your order and delivery confirmation, circumstances out with our control may affect our ability to deliver as stated in a delivery confirmation. In the event of a delayed delivery we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the effect of a delay. We shall have no liability for delays.
  • 6.12   We reserve the right to cancel any delivery and or order if the following conditions are not met or provided to us by you -
  • 6.12a   Correct delivery address.
  • 6.12b   Guarantee that a person (whether yourself or nominated person) will be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery and be capable of accepting, inspecting and signing for products whilst ensuring none of your products are missing or incorrect.
  • 6.12c   Suitable and safe passage to deliver your order products. This includes but not limited to reasonable gradient of entry and ground surfaces that are safe to walk over while carrying goods.
  • 6.12d   Prior notice of any impediment at or near delivery address that reasonably could or would result in delivery experiencing delay such as but not limited to an address being located in a flat, along a lane or unreasonable distance from nearest and safest position a delivery van can park.
  • 6.12e   Indemnity against any damage caused by our delivery personnel who are at your request entering inside an address to deliver products.
  • 6.13   Once you have received products we relinquish responsibility of any damage or loss to delivered products. Customer statutory rights are not affected by this.
  • 6.14   We strongly advise you not to book your installers or engage in any preparatory work until in full receipt of your products.
  • 6.15   If any item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery date.
  • 6.16   If your order cannot be successfully completed due to you being unable to accept the products on the date agreed, then a delivery charge may be applicable. This cost would be charged to you.
  • 6.17   If your item is not in stock we will back order for you, or give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
  • 6.18   We must be advised of a change of delivery address or circumstances of delivery no later than 3pm the day of business before due delivery date. This excludes weekends. For example, if delivery date falls on a Monday, we must be be advised the previous Friday before 3pm. Any change will remain subject to our delivery network, guide times and cost.
  • 6.19   If you fail to meet or provide all or part of the above, we can cancel your delivery. In the event of a cancelled delivery, you will bear the cost (at initial delivery cost) for any additional deliveries for said order. Failure to bear cost of additional delivery for said order will automatically cancel the delivery. We do not refund any delivery charge we have taken which is in line with our cancellations and returns policy which you can view here
  • 6.20   Multipanel Deliveries
  • Multipanel orders are delivered direct from Multipanel and are subject to stock. Once your order is placed we will update you with an ETA. Delivery times can vary from 3 - 20 days dependingon availability. You will receive a delivery date and confirmation from us once we receive one.
  • 7.   CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
  • 7.1   Cancelling an Order -
  • 7.1a   We provide a 30 day return policy on all orders subject to conditions explained below.
  • 7.1c   Cancellation requests can be made through this website if you have registered an account with this website or by calling us on 0333 533 0003 or email orders@bathroomstoimpress.co.uk - An email will be sent (to the e-mail address you have provided) to confirm the cancellation has been requested.
  • 7.2   Returns -
  • 7.2a   A return can be requested for any faulty products that do not operate in line with manufacturers guidelines in accordance with the sections below.
  • 7.2b   A return can be requested for products that are surplus to requirements and must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • 7.2c   Special order products that are surplus to requirements cannot be returned.
  • 7.2d   The condition of the products must be confirmed at the point the return is requested.
  • 7.3   Faulty Products -
  • 7.3a   Subject to the sections below, bathroom products that are returned as faulty will be inspected by our supplier and a refund for the purchase price will only be issued, in part or full, following inspection and where we reasonably agree that the product is faulty.
  • 7.3b   Products must be reported as faulty without undue delay and in any event within seven days from the date of delivery. Please note that we will not be responsible for any faulty products that are not reported within this time.
  • 7.3c   Once reported as faulty, you should not use or operate the products, to prevent further damage occurring to the products whilst in your possession. Sinks and taps that are returned as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and credit will only be issued, in part or full, as agreed by the manufacturer.
  • 7.4   Surplus to Requirements Products -
  • 7.4a   Products must be returned within 30 days of their original delivery in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Any products that are surplus to requirements but reported outside of the thirty days from delivery are not eligible for return.
  • 7.5   Returns Process -
  • 7.5a   A return will only be processed by us when products are available for collection and meet the criteria of a faulty product or surplus to requirement product.
  • 7.5b   We will attempt to arrange collection of the products, where reasonably possible, within three days of the return being raised.
  • 7.5c   We will attempt two collections of the return, if both attempts fail, the return will be cancelled.
  • 7.5d   At point of collection the goods returned must be presented in line with the reason for return.
  • 7.5e   Our drivers are instructed not to accept any products for return that do not comply with the criteria for products that are faulty or surplus to requirement.
  • 7.5f   Collection of products by us does not imply that full credit will be given. If products are received in a condition not stated on the paperwork, we reserve the right to refuse any refund or partial refund.
  • 7.6   Receiving incorrect products -
  • 7.6a  If you receive goods that are not the product(s) that you ordered, please contact us immediately or within 7 days. We may ask you to return goods in their original condition within their original packaging. We will if applicable dispatch replacement product(s) inline with your order at the earliest delivery date.
  • 8.   WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
  • 8.1   All goods supplied by us come with a minumum standard 12 months warranty (excluding accessories)
  • 8.2   Length of manufacturers warranty is invariably longer than standard 12 months and is stated on every product page.
  • 9.   LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
  • 9.1   We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. In no event shall we or our officers, directors, employees, agents or subsidiaries be liable to you under any contract formed under these terms and conditions -
  • 9.1a   Where you are a business, to any business for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, any injury to business reputation or any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both us and you at the time of the contract.
  • 9.1b   Where you buy as a consumer, these terms and conditions and our returns policy will not affect your rights under law which cannot be otherwise excluded.
  • 9.1c   Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud of fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
  • 9.1d   In cases of misuse of, lack of maintenance of or improperly fitted goods, all warranties are voided.
  • 9.2   Products not supplied by us are referred to manufacturers warranty.

  • 10.1   All trade marks reproduced on this website which are not the property of, or licensed to us are acknowledged on the website to their respective owners.

  • 11.1   This contract will be governed by the laws of Scotland. Parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish court system.
  • 12.   CONSUMER RIGHTS
  • 12.1   Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms and condition in full or in part.
