  • We deliver nationwide across the UK including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
  • Deliveries are subject to stock availability and time you order is placed. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and where reasonably possible.
  • You can check if your address is covered by our network by adding your address to our delivery checker on your shopping cart page.
  • Once we have accepted your order you will receive a text message to the phone number you must provide on your order form. You will then begin process to select an available delivery date that suits you best.

  • We aim to provide a suitable delivery vehicle and access recognition to safely deliver your order. In order to do so, customers are asked to advise us on the following if applicable:
  • 1.   Do the roads leading to your property have any weight or height limitations?
  • 2.  Would a vehicle the size of a fire engine have difficulty accessing the roads leading to your property?
  • 3.  Are there any low bridges or overhanging trees or cables?
  • 4.  Is there a time restriction for waiting outside your property?
  • 5.  Are there any problems with a kerbside only delivery? For more information regarding a kerbside delivery* (read below)
  • You will receive a call on the number you have provided) on the day prior to delivery. Our driver will also make a pre-delivery call to you (on the number you have provided) on the day of delivery.
  • Deliveries will be made with one driver, or via an authorised carrier where appropriate.
  • *Deliveries may require your assistance with offloading of products, depending on the weight of the items delivered. At the point of delivering products we will aim to place them in a safe and accessible location.
  • Deliveries require a signature as acceptance of the accuracy and quality of the products delivered.
  • At the time of delivery, you must check all products for any sign of packaging or product damage and check the number of products delivered against the delivery note. You should report any damaged or missing products within 7 days of delivery to our logistics partner on 0800 877 88 99. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damaged or missing products under delivery which are not reported within this time.

  • Multipanel Deliveries
  • Multipanel orders are delivered direct from Multipanel and are subject to stock. Once your order is placed we will update you with an ETA. Delivery times can vary from 3 - 20 days. You will receive a delivery date and confirmation from us once we receive one.
