  • 1.   CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
  • 1.1   Cancelling an Order -
  • 1.1a   We provide a 30 day return policy on all orders subject to conditions explained below.
  • 1.1c   Cancellation requests can be made through this website if you have registered an account with this website or by calling us on 0333 533 0003 or email orders@bathroomstoimpress.co.uk - An email will be sent (to the e-mail address you have provided) to confirm the cancellation has been requested.
  • 1.2   Returns -
  • 1.2a   A return can be requested for any faulty products that do not operate in line with manufacturers guidelines in accordance with the sections below.
  • 1.2b   A return can be requested for products that are surplus to requirements and must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • 1.2c   Special order products that are surplus to requirements cannot be returned.
  • 1.2d   The condition of the products must be confirmed at the point the return is requested.
  • 1.3   Faulty Products -
  • 1.3a   Subject to the sections below, bathroom products that are returned as faulty will be inspected by our supplier and a refund for the purchase price will only be issued, in part or full, following inspection and where we reasonably agree that the product is faulty.
  • 1.3b   Products must be reported as faulty without undue delay and in any event within seven days from the date of delivery. Please note that we will not be responsible for any faulty products that are not reported within this time.
  • 1.3c   Once reported as faulty, you should not use or operate the products, to prevent further damage occurring to the products whilst in your possession. Sinks and taps that are returned as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and credit will only be issued, in part or full, as agreed by the manufacturer.
  • 1.4   Surplus to Requirements Products -
  • 1.4a   Products must be returned within 30 days of their original delivery in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Any products that are surplus to requirements but reported outside of the thirty days from delivery are not eligible for return.
  • 1.5   Returns Process -
  • 1.5a   A return will only be processed by us when products are available for collection and meet the criteria of a faulty product or surplus to requirement product.
  • 1.5b   We will attempt to arrange collection of the products, where reasonably possible, within three days of the return being raised.
  • 1.5c   We will attempt two collections of the return, if both attempts fail, the return will be cancelled.
  • 1.5d   At point of collection the goods returned must be presented in line with the reason for return.
  • 1.5e   Our drivers are instructed not to accept any products for return that do not comply with the criteria for products that are faulty or surplus to requirement.
  • 1.5f   Collection of products by us does not imply that full credit will be given. If products are received in a condition not stated on the paperwork, we reserve the right to refuse any refund or partial refund.
  • 1.6   Receiving incorrect products -
  • 1.6a  If you receive goods that are not the product(s) that you ordered, please contact us immediately or within 7 days. We may ask you to return goods in their original condition within their original packaging. We will if applicable dispatch replacement product(s) inline with your order at the earliest delivery date.
